Job Description

A company is looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to support customers at the beginning of their real estate journey in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the real estate referral process through phone calls Conduct real estate needs assessments and promote referrals for affiliated products and services Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation of customer interactions Required Qualifications 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in call center or retail environments High school diploma required; some college preferred Real estate knowledge preferred but not required Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms strongly preferred Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
