About the Role:

The Sr. Product Manager – Supply Chain & Logistics owns the product strategy and roadmap for supply chain technology platforms supporting warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations. This role combines product management with technical platform ownership, translating supply chain business needs into scalable system capabilities and integrations. The role works across multiple Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, logistics visibility platforms, ERP and 3PL integrations, ensuring reliable end-to-end data flow from order creation through warehouse and transportation execution. This position reports to the VP, Business Solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, aligning with the overall company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Requirements Management: Gather and document business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications, user stories and integration specifications.
  • Prioritization & Execution: Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility. Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Technical Product Management: Work with engineering and architecture teams to define:
    • System integrations and APIs
    • Data flows between ERP, WMS, and TMS
    • Operational monitoring and reliability
  • Integration Leadership: Drive integrations across the supply chain ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy, operational timing, and system reliability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis, metrics, and user feedback to inform product development decisions and measure product success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and customers, about product vision, progress, and results.
  • Area-Specific Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, its specific challenges, and emerging trends. (e.g., Retail trends and customer behavior for Supply Chain and Logistics).

About The Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 Annually

About You:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including: Order processing, Inventory management, Warehouse operations, Transportation planning & execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP, WMS and TMS systems(Körber Highjump, BlueYonder, etc).
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
