Job Description We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to play a key role in strengthening the search visibility and performance of our client’s digital ecosystem. Collaborating closely with digital marketing, web operations, analytics, and content teams, you will help develop, implement, and optimize enterprise‑level search engine optimization strategies across the expansive digital footprint, including flagship, secondary, and tertiary sites. Responsibilities Analyze complex search performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and provide actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and engagement. Monitor search performance trends, evaluate the effectiveness of optimization strategies, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for internal marketing leadership and stakeholders. Develop and execute keyword research and search optimization strategies aligned with organizational priorities, user intent, and evolving search engine best practices. Conduct in‑depth keyword analysis, competitive research, and content gap assessments to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with content strategists, developers, UX professionals, and marketing teams to implement technical, on‑page, and content‑driven SEO improvements while adhering to brand standards, accessibility requirements, and institutional guidelines. Translate complex SEO data into clear recommendations that support both tactical improvements and long‑term strategic initiatives. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Science, or a related field and/or equivalent experience/training. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience tracking and reporting SEO performance metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and engagement trends. Strong understanding of on‑page SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, internal linking strategies, and content optimization. Experience conducting competitive analysis and identifying search opportunities within complex or enterprise‑level website ecosystems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including content strategists, developers, UX designers, and marketing professionals. Advanced project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus. Knowledge of emerging search trends, including AI‑driven search, generative search experiences, and answer engine optimization (AEO), is a plus.
