This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in real estate portfolio management within a leading multinational technology company. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Collect, organize, and analyze real estate data from various internal and external sources. \* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on real estate performance, trends, and opportunities. \* Support the development and maintenance of real estate databases and information systems. \* Conduct research on market conditions, property values, and industry best practices. \* Collaborate with team members on ongoing real estate projects and initiatives. \* Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the PGRE department. \* Contribute to the identification of cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements within the real estate portfolio.
