Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a premier senior living community in Cañon City, is seeking a compassionate PRN/Part-Time RN/LPN to join our night shift team. In this role, you will provide direct, high-quality nursing care to our residents, supporting their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. You will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team to implement individualized care plans. You will respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies during night hours, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and communicate significant changes to families and appropriate clinical staff. Working within Stellar Living’s collaborative, resident-centered culture, you will help create a respectful and supportive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in senior care. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting CNAs and other direct-care staff, providing clinical guidance, promoting adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills, along with a genuine passion for serving seniors.
