Job Overview: As a Banquet Server you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, setting up and breaking down banquet functions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Event Setup and Breakdown: Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces.
• Break down banquet rooms after events, cleaning and storing equipment.
• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to their requests promptly.
• Maintain a positive and attentive attitude throughout the event.
• Food and Beverage Service: Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Clear tables and reset for the next course.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including banquet captains, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Additional Duties: Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet or restaurant service preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain).
