Now Hiring: Equipment Engineer | Cranbury, NJ

We’re looking for a skilled Equipment Engineer to support advanced manufacturing operations in a high-tech environment. What You’ll Do:

• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance to ensure equipment uptime
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on production tools
• Track equipment performance, downtime, and spare parts inventory
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Develop maintenance procedures and technical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (semiconductor preferred)
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with high vacuum systems or laser technology is a plus
• Military electronics or technical training highly valued
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

What’s Offered:

• $80K–$110K base salary (depending on experience)
• Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more)
• Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm)
