The role focuses on inbound and outbound communication, scheduling, and problem resolution in a fast‑paced environment. Core Responsibilities Answer inbound calls with energy, professionalism, and a friendly tone. Schedule essential vehicle services and confirm appointments to keep the shop running smoothly. Perform outbound follow‑ups and confirm appointments. Act as a communication bridge between guests and technicians to resolve service inquiries. Work Schedule: Mon‑Fri or Tue‑Sat.
