Position Overview

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage and expand business within South Texas and Louisiana . This is a full-time, remote position requiring frequent travel. The ideal Candidate is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and experienced in tobacco, cigar, or consumer goods sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail accounts
• Develop new business opportunities within the territory
• Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and brand activations
• Educate retailers and staff on product lineup and brand story
• Maintain accurate records through CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and retailer functions
• Collaborate with management on sales initiatives and territory planning

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a large territory
• Prior sales experience in the cigar industry or related field strongly preferred
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
• An understanding of the tobacco and cigar category is highly desirable
