Finance and Business Analytics Intern – Dollywood Parks & Resorts. This position reports to the Senior FP&A Analyst and works with the Finance and Business Analysis team to support the Dollywood Company. Responsibilities Conduct statistical analyses. Assist in gathering, formatting, and organizing large amounts of data from various sources. Assist in creation of templates or models used to analyze business performance. Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and analysis. Prepare scenario analyses and variance analysis using parameters provided by leadership. Conduct research using economic drivers to analyze business performance and/or development. Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations. Provide various ad hoc analysis and reporting as required. Candidate should demonstrate Lead with Love qualities: patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated, and accountable.
