Job Description

A part-time Physical Therapist position is available at a school setting in Navasota, TX, with additional support provided in College Station, TX. This contract role requires 2 to 2.5 days of work per week, starting ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year (EOSY). The caseload will range from 11 to 15 students, with specific assignments determined based on the therapist's skills and experience.


Responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy services to students with diverse healthcare and educational needs
• Collaborating with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support student mobility and functional independence
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and healthcare regulations
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and consultations as needed

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant experience in school-based and healthcare settings
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy and school rehabilitation services
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and adapt interventions based on each student's abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: This position's primary location is Navasota, TX, with part-time service also required in College Station, TX.
