Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide specialized school-based care in a contract role located in Hayward, CA. This position involves delivering 1:1 physical therapy services to a middle school student with a traumatic brain injury, supporting their unique rehabilitation needs.
