The role involves working approximately 18 to 22.5 hours per week, delivering both direct therapy and consultation services to a caseload of about 40 students. Responsibilities include assessing and treating students' physical therapy needs, collaborating with educators and other professionals to develop individualized plans, and monitoring progress to enhance student participation and performance in the school environment. The position requires flexibility to work across seven different schools throughout the district, adapting to varied student needs and school cultures.
