Description The NoMo SoHo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. Under new ownership and slated for renovation in 2027, this is a fantastic opportunity to reestablish reputation and set a new course for NoMo SoHo. The Sales Manager will support the business plan with effective strategies through direct sales, digital marketing and revenue management. This person will ensure effective internal and external communications with clients, potential customers, and ownership. This on-site position reports directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM), with oversight from hotel General Manager. We are committed to providing you with: Highly competitive wages An exceptional benefit plan for eligible associates & your family members 401K matching program for eligible associates Flexible scheduling to allow you to focus on what is important to you Discounts with our Crescent managed properties in North America for you & your family members ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and event planners Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS system REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 2 years prior Hotels sales experience Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a related role Self-starter, Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficiency in sales systems (Delphi), hotel PMS, and Microsoft Office Knowledge of local market dynamics and hospitality trends Must have the ability to communicate in English Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player BA in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Note: This description excludes non‑essential and marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of the fundamental job duties.
