Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly organized Real Estate Assistant to support our commercial real estate operation. This role will work closely with our management team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio. The position is shared between two managers and will be based in a professional home office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate and property management. Job Responsibilities: * Assist with daily property management operations * Communicate with tenants regarding requests, issues, and follow-ups * Coordinate maintenance and construction work orders * Schedule vendors, contractors, and inspections * Track projects, timelines, and completion status * Organize leases, contracts, invoices, and property documentation * Assist with rent tracking, compliance, and tenant records * Support office and field management teams with administrative needs * Help maintain structure, organization, and workflow efficiency Qualifications: * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent communication (written and verbal) * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or administration is a plus * Comfortable working with Microsoft Office * Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented * Able to work independently and take initiative Ideal Candidate: * Looking for stability and long-term growth * Interested in commercial real estate * Organized, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused * Comfortable working in a professional, family-run business environment Company Description Commercial Real Estate / Property Management Company Description Commercial Real Estate / Property Management
