Ready Mix Driver

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow required procedures.
• Support plant and yard operations as needed, including routine upkeep of equipment.

• Skill in performing basic vehicle inspections and identifying issues.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
