Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in psychiatry or behavioral medicine. You will work collaboratively with our psychiatrist and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Prescribe medications and monitor treatment efficacy and side effects
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and wellness strategies
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Participate in case consultations and staff meetings
Qualifications:
Current California PA license and NCCPA certification
DEA license with schedule II-V prescribing authority (or eligible)
Experience in psychiatry, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care

The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a strong commitment to patient care. While prior experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates who are certified and eager to learn in a clinical setting.
