Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Tech to join their team. As a Production Tech, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the sterile production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Tech

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $17- $23 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Weekend

What's the Job?

• Process and sterilize incoming materials and equipment using approved aseptic techniques and CGMP-aligned cleanroom procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile cleanroom environment through proper garbing, daily room/equipment cleaning, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
• Stock cleanroom areas, dispensing rooms, and workstations with required supplies, chemicals, and sterile components.
• Coordinate with compounding, vial wash, and other teams to obtain needed materials and support production workflow.
• Prepare, sterilize, assemble, fill, label, and package products according to SOPs to ensure accuracy and product integrity.

• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and GMP guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a sterile, controlled environment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
• Basic understanding of cleanroom procedures and safety protocols.
