Production Manager - Beezle Brands Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations from start to finish. This role is responsible for overseeing production workflows, inventory and data accuracy, external testing coordination, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency while fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Oversight Oversee all aspects of production, including hydrocarbon and solventless extraction, post-production, and packaging Ensure production teams have the materials, tools, and support needed to maintain efficient workflows Develop and manage production schedules across departments Partner with the General Manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals Step into production roles as needed to support team continuity Post-Production Management Supervise processes such as agitation, crystallization, vacuum desiccation, and formulation Oversee preparation of pre-roll substrates and vape-ready oil formulations Maintain high standards for product quality and consistency Inventory & Data Management Manage and audit production data across all departments, including extraction, packaging, kitchen, and more Oversee inventory tracking in METRC and internal systems Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits, including physical counts and system reconciliation Receive and verify all incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Testing & Compliance Coordination Coordinate batch testing timelines with internal teams and external laboratories Manage batch creation, sample submissions, and testing manifests in METRC Ensure timely processing of all product testing requirements Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain accurate and compliant records, including: production logs, stability samples, maintenance logs, and green waste logs Ensure all documentation is properly filed and audit-ready Leadership & Team Development Train, coach, and mentor production staff on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork Address performance concerns and policy violations in partnership with HR Lead by example in maintaining a high-performance, detail-oriented work environment Operational Excellence Develop strategies to improve efficiencies across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Accounting, and HR Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) Communicate regularly with leadership on operational performance and business needs Maintain a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, production management, or regulated industries (cannabis experience preferred) Strong knowledge of inventory systems and compliance tracking (METRC experience a plus) Proven leadership and team development skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance Strong communication and organizational skills Why Join Us?
