Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a premier-choice senior living community in Cañon City, is seeking a compassionate PRN/Part-Time RN/LPN for night shift to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this vital bedside role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, clinical oversight, and daily support that enhances the lives, comfort, and dignity of our residents in a skilled nursing setting. Working within Stellar Living’s collaborative culture of respect and innovation, you will complete thorough nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status during overnight hours. You will coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members, accurately document all care and observations in the medical record, and communicate effectively with residents and families to support understanding of care plans. Responsibilities also include supervising and supporting CNAs and other care staff on the night shift, ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols, and helping maintain a calm, resident-centered environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN or LPN who is dependable on nights, comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team, and passionate about serving seniors in a long-term care and rehabilitation environment.
