Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a premier senior living community in Cañon City, is seeking compassionate PRN/Part-Time RN/LPN team members for our night shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality skilled nursing care and daily support to our residents, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and optimal health. Working within a collaborative culture that emphasizes respect and innovation, you will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate promptly with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team. You will follow individualized care plans, accurately document all care, and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies. Night shift responsibilities include overseeing overall resident care on the unit, responding quickly to urgent resident needs, completing rounds, providing wound care, and supervising and supporting CNAs and other care staff to ensure safe staffing and consistent quality care. You will also participate in care conferences, quality improvement efforts, and ongoing training to maintain clinical competencies. This position is ideal for an experienced RN or LPN who values teamwork, enjoys working in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, and is committed to enhancing each resident’s daily living experience through attentive, person-centered care during overnight hours.
