Our client a dynamic, fast-paced family, is seeking a highly creative Private Chef to bring energy, flexibility, and elevated simplicity to their daily dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where plans evolve quickly and meals are both thoughtfully prepared and visually engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a family of four
• Design and execute creative, themed meals (e.g., Taco Tuesday, Italian night)
• Elevate simple dishes with thoughtful presentation and culinary creativity
• Adapt seamlessly to last-minute meal changes and evolving preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen
• Source high-quality, seasonal ingredients and manage provisioning
• Accommodate all dietary preferences and restrictions
• Support special occasions, holidays, and weekend entertaining
• Travel with the family as needed, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Private Chef or in a similar high-touch culinary role
• Strong culinary foundation with a creative, aesthetically driven approach
• Ability to design diverse, personalized menus
• Highly adaptable with a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary accommodations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Discreet, professional, and accustomed to working in private homes
• Willingness to travel and work a nontraditional schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120-140k commensurate with experience

Location:

5 days a week fully onsite in Palm Beach, FL. Travel as needed.
