Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, which receives recognition for clinical and academic innovation and community excellence. We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Physician Assistant to join our team within the Department of Orthopaedics. Our system serves the local community via two hospital campuses; an urgent care clinic and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of both Harvard Medical School
(HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.

● Position is full time, working 4 10 hour days per week
● Coverage across 3 locations; Cambridge, Everett and Medford
● Busy total joint arthroplasty and trauma practice
● Duties include inpatient rounding, OR first assist, consults, and outpatient clinic assignments
● Call is 2 weeknights/month and every 8th weekend
● Fully integrated electronic medical record (EPIC) is utilized

Physician Assistants employed at CHA receive competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including affordable health/dental insurance, retirement account with matching, malpractice insurance and more.  The full time guaranteed base salary range of $116,000-$174,000 is based on years of experience.
