Class A CDL Local Driver - Home Daily ($1,600/Wk Avg, Dedicated)

Job Type: Full-time (W2)

Pay: $1,600.00/week average ($83,000.00 annually)

• Experience-Based CPM (Up to 0.62 CPM) + Massive Component Pay (Stops, Unloads, Backhauls)

  Home Time: Home Daily (2 days off per week)

  Shift: 3rd Shift / Overnight (Consistent 2100 / 9:00 PM start time)

  Operating Area: Local store deliveries across OH, IN, & KY

  Freight: 100% Touch Freight (Dry Van & Reefer)

This is a local, fast-paced delivery position averaging $1,600+ per week through a combination of strong mileage pay and robust activity bonuses. • Top-Tier Local Pay: Earn an average of $83,000 annually with multiple additional pay streams.
• Home Daily: Work a 10–12 hour shift and return home after every single run.
• Paid Activity / Component Pay:
  • $37.00 per unload
  • $20.00 per stop
  • $20.00 per backhaul
  • $25.00 per pallet restack
  • $25.00 per clean DOT inspection
• Structured Paid Training: Comprehensive 2-day on-site ride-along training paid at $100/day (powered pallet jack training provided).

• The Route: Pull dry and refrigerated freight directly from the distribution center. Safely navigate local loops to grocery stores across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, averaging 200–300 miles per day.
• The Routine: Expect a fast-paced environment handling 2 to 4 loads per day with 6 to 8 total stops.
• Active Delivery: This is a 100% touch-freight fleet . Drivers safely unload trailers at store locations utilizing store-provided powered pallet jacks.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to run support operations for the nearby Woodlawn facility if operationally required.

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Class A CDL driving experience. (CDL school does not count as experience)
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Blue Ash, OH (45242).
• Schedule Flexibility: This is a 3rd shift position (2100 start time) operating 7 days a week. Drivers must be willing to work nights & weekends within their scheduled workweek.
• Commute: This is a daily slip-seat operation . Trucks remain at the yard, so drivers must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the DC in Blue Ash.
