Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation, specifically insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle complex commercial litigation matters with significant responsibility
Work on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Collaborate with team and manage case progression
Qualifications:
Active California Bar license (mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in commercial litigation (insurance preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
