• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy updates

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain a state license (Licensing Support provided)
• No experience needed
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual candidates are highly valued
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation, organization, and proactive outreach strategies
