Licensed Insurance Sales Representative $50,000$80,000 (Base Pay + Bonus/Commission) Monica Acuna Munoz State Farm Agency | Phoenix, AZ Full-Time | Immediate Opening Monica Acuna Munoz State Farm Agency in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a driven and results-oriented Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing, award-winning team. What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound sales activity
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative conversations
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and account reviews
  • Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage options
  • Participate in local community events and outreach to build brand presence

What We're Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Insurance sales experience preferred
  • Sales background preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to build rapport and close business
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus (not required)
