ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and financial goals.
Educate clients on various health and life insurance products, explaining coverage options clearly and concisely.
Develop personalized insurance proposals tailored to each client's specific situation.
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and accurate experience.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide the most relevant advice.
RequirementsActive Florida 2-15 or 2-20 license required.
Demonstrated experience in insurance sales, preferably within property & casualty health or life insurance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
