We are seeking an Entry Level Junior Marketing Associate to join our consistently growing team and expanding client portfolio. Our firm specializes in developing new revenue streams for clients through on-site promotions, experiential marketing, brand representation, and innovative advertising campaigns with a personalized, results-driven approach.

Each marketing campaign is strategically designed and executed based on a client's target audience, market research, and brand objectives .

Due to recent expansion and new client acquisitions, we are hiring motivated individuals to support our promotional events and regional marketing initiatives . This role is a key part of our Promotional Events Team and reports directly to management.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking growth in marketing, sales, event coordination, customer engagement, and brand promotion , with clear advancement opportunities based on performance.

• Assist the Promotions Team in developing and executing marketing and brand awareness strategies for live events
• Coordinate event operations including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory management
• Track, process, and analyze event sales and performance metrics
• Support event logistics including scheduling, timelines, and on-site coordination
• Represent client brands professionally as part of the event marketing team
• Lead by example as a motivated team member and support entry-level trainees and interns
• Maintain strong communication with management regarding event performance and execution
