Mentor A Promise is a New York City–based nonprofit serving children and youth (ages 5–18) experiencing housing instability, grounded in the belief that every child is a Promise—full of potential, dignity, and possibility. HR Generalist (Volunteer) Organization: Mentor A Promise (MAP) Location: Remote Type: Volunteer (Unpaid) Role Overview We are seeking a Volunteer HR Generalist to support the day‑to‑day operations of MAP’s Human Resources team. This role will focus on volunteer onboarding, record‑keeping, and coordination of HR processes to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all volunteers. It is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in nonprofit HR, people operations, or organizational development.
