St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates , is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Ellis Primary Care at Nott Street, Schenectady . This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.
Ellis Primary Care Nott Street offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
