About the Role:

Join Newtown Fireplace Shop as an Experienced Gas Fireplace Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe and efficient heating solutions. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on gas fireplaces to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to gas fireplace systems and components.
• Install and replace gas fireplace units and accessories as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all service calls.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in gas fireplace maintenance or related field.
