About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director or Vice President, Healthcare Law to join its legal team. The successful candidate will be a key player in providing strategic legal guidance for the company's planned commercialization activities, with a focus on market access, patient access programs, distribution, licensing, and regulatory submissions. This role requires a professional with a JD degree and over 15 years of legal experience, including a strong background in leadership within a commercial-stage biotech or pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving legal cross-functional strategy and will be a critical part of the team, working tirelessly to support the company's mission. As a member of the legal team, the Executive Director or Vice President, Healthcare Law will be expected to bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
