Job Description
About the Position
Prodigy Management Group is hiring Entry-Level Brand Representatives to support client campaigns and increase brand awareness through direct, in-person interactions. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-facing environments who enjoy working with people and representing products or services professionally.
No prior brand or marketing experience is required — full training is provided.
What You’ll Do
Represent client brands in a professional, in-person setting
Engage with customers to communicate brand messaging and promotions
Build positive relationships and create a strong brand experience
Assist with campaign execution and daily objectives
Work closely with team members and leadership during in-person events and meetings
Learn communication, presentation, and brand development skills
Upsell products and services
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, dependable, and coachable
Comfortable working in person (not a remote role)
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Degree not required
