Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and accurately enter incoming work orders
• Efficiently schedule technicians based on workload, availability, and urgency
• Answer phones and respond to emails with clarity and professionalism
• Monitor job progress and timelines to ensure on-time service
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to overcome scheduling challenges
• Participate in on-call rotation (1-2 weekends per month; remote)

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
• Prior dispatching experience is a plus
• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic office tech
• Calm under pressure and dependable in a fast-moving environment
