Position Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role will support our client's team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems while assisting with day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and Excel spreadsheets
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
- Identify and correct discrepancies in data
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking as requested
- Support our client's team with additional clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
Qualifications: - 1 year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to handle high-volume data entry in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
