A well-established and growing company in the commercial construction industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager with glass, glazing, and curtain wall experience to join their team. This role will oversee projects from contract award through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Review project contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate project execution.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Oversee procurement and coordination of materials, fabrication, and installation.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues related to schedule, scope, or cost.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
• Support field teams and ensure smooth communication between office and job site operations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial glazing; commercial construction industry experience required.
• Experience working with general contractors and coordinating with field installation teams.
• Knowledge of project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
