Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Client Relations Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting client communications, maintaining client records, coordinating service requests, and helping ensure a positive client experience.

The Client Relations Coordinator will work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to support ongoing client relationships and ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client communication and relationship management
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field)
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Client-focused and team-oriented mindset
