Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
• Medication reminders and monitor health status as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition assistance.
• Participate in training and development to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
• Reliable transportation
• weekends a must
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
