We are looking for professional drivers to handle no-touch refrigerated loads across CO, WY, and UT. Drive brand-new 2025 trucks equipped with auto-chains and earn top-tier mileage pay.
Pay & Financials:
Weekly Average: $1,400-$1500
High CPM: $0.70–$0.80 based on experience.
Winter Bonus: $1,000 monthly bonus for mountain driving (Nov–Mar, $5k total).
Add-On Pay: $17 per stop + $24/hr detention pay.
Benefits: Full Medical, Dental, Life, and 401(k) + PTO.
Home Time Options:
Local (0–50 miles from Aurora): Home daily (with occasional surge overnights).
Regional (51–110 miles from Aurora): Home weekly with multiple pass-bys.
Note: Trucks remain at the terminal in Aurora; no take-home policy.
The Run:
Route: Delivering from Aurora DC to CO, Cheyenne, WY, and Eastern UT. Mixture of live load/unload, drop and hook, and multi-stop loads.
Freight: 100% No-Touch Refrigerated (Reefer training provided).
Equipment: Mostly 2025 Automatics with auto-chains.
Operation: 24/7 flexibility required; 70-hour weekly commitment.
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL.
Minimum 3+ months of driving experience.
Must be able to pass a phone interview and attend orientation in SLC.
Ability to navigate mountain driving and winter conditions.
