Reports To: Assistant Director or Director Supervises: Client Facilitators, Job Coaches, and assigned program staff Agency: INDayPrograms, LLC Program Type: Community-Based Services (Supported Employment & Community Integration) Vendor: San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) Position Summary The Case Manager is responsible for overseeing community-based services, coordinating participant supports, supervising assigned staff, and ensuring compliance with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and SDRC requirements. This role is hybrid , involving both office-based administrative work and field-based community work , including meetings with clients, families, employers, and staff as needed. This position requires professional judgment, strong organizational skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, real-world community environments. The Case Manager plays a key role in ensuring participant safety, service quality, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. Candidates must understand that this role involves both administrative responsibilities and periodic community-based engagement and requires full capability to perform all essential job functions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Program & Case Management Coordinate and oversee community-based services for assigned participants Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ISPs, person-centered plans, and SDRC guidelines Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case management documentation Monitor service delivery to ensure participant safety, dignity, and inclusion Staff Supervision & Support Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of staff Address performance concerns, provide corrective guidance, and participate in disciplinary actions when necessary Schedule, coordinate, and monitor staff coverage to ensure continuity of services Community & Employer Coordination Communicate with employers, community partners, families, and funding sources as needed Support job development, job coaching coordination, and workplace accommodations Attend meetings with clients, families, employers, and SDRC representatives as required Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with SDRC policies, reporting requirements, and timelines Review and monitor documentation in CareSmartz360 or other systems Ensure incidents, concerns, or safety issues are reported and addressed promptly Collaborate with leadership to address program needs and quality improvement Administrative & Office-Based Duties Perform office-based administrative tasks related to program oversight and compliance Attend meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as scheduled Collaborate with Directors and other management staff on program planning and operations Other Duties Perform other related duties as assigned to support program operations Professional Conduct and Reporting Responsibilities Employees must perform all duties with honesty, integrity, professionalism, and accountability Any work-related injury or illness must be reported promptly and truthfully to a supervisor INDayPrograms, LLC supports employees who report legitimate workplace injuries in good faith; retaliation is strictly prohibited Knowingly false, fraudulent, or misleading reports (including workers’ compensation claims) are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, and may be referred to insurers or law enforcement Employees are expected to cooperate fully with any internal or external investigations Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Health screening and TB test clearance Current First Aid and CPR certification DOJ and FBI criminal background clearance Associate degree in social science or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities Minimum of one (1) year of experience in staff supervision, coordination, or case management Knowledge of SDRC referral processes and funding preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Driving & Transportation Requirements Valid California Driver’s License with at least 24 months of driving experience Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance Ability to travel within the community as required Mileage reimbursed in accordance with company policy Work Schedule Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. , or as scheduled based on program and client needs Schedule may include flexibility to accommodate community meetings and service needs Benefits & Compensation Hourly Rate: $23.00 – $29.00 per hour, depending on experience Healthcare coverage (if eligible) Paid major holidays as specified by INDayPrograms, LLC Paid sick leave in accordance with California law and company policy Ongoing professional development and training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Indayprograms
